Key Milestones

1987 – Incorporation as ProSolve Consulting Ltd. offering industrial engineering and quality management consulting services.

1988 to 1993 – Organized, chaired and led three Manufacturing Conferences with the theme “Quality, People and Technology”.  These regional conferences for Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest were the precursor to Lean conferences held in 2000 and beyond.

1989 – The first “Quality, People and Technology” manufacturing conference — with 40 attenders for one day.

1991 – The second “Quality, People and Technology” manufacturing conference — with over 200 attenders for two days.

1993 – The third “Quality, People and Technology” manufacturing conference — with 350 attenders for two days.

1994 – The first training of manufacturing personnel in Understanding Quality, a concept called The Quality Ladder® trademarked by ProSolve.  This training has been delivered to the personnel of many Canadian and American manufacturing businesses.

1996 – Expanded to offer mechanical engineering services for manufacturers, especially those building highway tanks, cargo tanks and portable tanks for the transportation of dangerous goods to comply with CSA B620 Standards and U.S. CFR 49.
